There were bigger numbers on offer at Wednesday’s sale. The Show and sale of lambs held in conjunction the Roscommon Lamb Festival attracted a good entry of spring lambs. Spring Lambs made up to €84 over their weight. There was a small number of Cast Ewes on offer; however there was an improved trade for them. There was a large entry of Ewes with Lambs at foot. Ewes with 2 lambs at foot made up to €290 while Ewes with single lambs at foot made up to €226. Sales continue each Wednesdays at 11 a.m. for Lambs, Cast Ewes and Ewes with Lambs at Foot.
