Notice is hereby given that the 59^th Annual General Meetingof the above-named Society will be held at the Society’s Registered Offices, Circular Road Roscommon on Wednesday May 9^th 2018 at 9 p.m.

Health & Safety Rules:

Please note the following

Fridays – Sales Yard opens at 7.30 a.m.

Only Mart Staff will be allowed into the sales yard from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.

All Stock must be penned by 10 a.m.

The Draw for the starting pens will take place at 9.50 a.m.

Yard will open to allow Stock to be viewed by Purchasers from 10.30 a.m. to 11 a.m. sharp

After 11 a.m. The yard will be closed again to the public except for Staff Only.

Cattle that are not penned by 10 a.m. will have to wait to be penned until after the viewing period is over.

Stock that is is not penned by 10 a.m. will not be viewed.
