There were good numbers of excellent quality stock on offer at last Friday’s sale with plenty of customers in attendance actively sourcing stock. Prices for Bullocks were improved from the previous sale with lots averaging from €2.19 per kilo up to €2.61 per kilo with a 93% clearance. Numbers of Heifers were small due to next week’s special sale with 65 pens on offer. Heifers averaged from €2.04 per kilo up to €2.28 per kilo. Dry Cows fetched from an average of €1.62 per kilo up to €1.96 per kilo.
