There was a good entry of top-quality cattle on offer at our sale on Friday last with a brisk trade all round and plenty of customers bidding at the ringside and online.
Bullock numbers were small due to next Fridays special sale – Lots averaged from €2.60 per kilo up to €2.89 per kilo. Heifers fetched from an average of €2.86 per kilo up to €3.75 per kilo. There were over 70 Dry Cows on offer with lots making from an average of €2.46 per kilo up to €3.24 per kilo.
