MART REPORT – FRIDAY September 15th 2023
There was a very large entry of stock on offer at last Friday’s Special Heifer Sale with over 500 on offer and a stronger demand and much improved trade. Heifers fetched an average of €2.89 per kilo up to €5.48 per kilo. There was also a good entry of Dry Cows and they made an average of €2.29 per kilo up to €2.81 per kilo. There was a good attendance of customers at the ringside with online bidders also active.
