MART REPORT
Sheep Sale – Wednesday March 8th 2023
We had a larger number of sheep on offer at our weekly Sale of Lambs and Cast Ewes. Prices for finished Hoggets peaked at €154. The tops for Stag Ewes fetched €212.
Please note all sheep must be tagged with a full yellow EID Tag set. Next Sale of Lambs and cast Ewes is Wednesday Mar 15th @ 11 a.m.
Yard opens at 8 a.m. All stock must be penned by 10 a.m. Sale can be viewed live on www.livestock-live.com.

Finished Hoggets:
60 kgs €154, 57 kgs €151, 54kgs €151, 55.4kgs €148, 52.5kgs €147, 48.4kgs €147, 48.2kgs €141, 45.5kgs €132, 44 kgs €120, 43.6kgs €118.
Cast Ewes: Made from €60 to €212 per lot.
In Lamb Ewes: Made from €150 up to €220
Ewe with two lambs at foot: Made up to €300
Ewe with one lamb at foot: Made up to €225
