There was a large entry of stock on offer at last Friday’s Special Hiefers Sale with 347 on offer. Heifers fetched an average of €2.71 per kilo up to €3.37 per kilo. There was also a good entry of Dry Cows and they made an average of €2.11 per kilo up to €2.82 per kilo. There was a good attendance of customers at the ringside with online bidders also active.
